1. Services Overview

1.1 Monthly Care Plans:

• Includes content updates, bug fixes, and minor tweaks as specified in the selected plan (Basic/Premium)

• Does not include custom design or development unless explicitly agreed in writing

1.2 Custom Design Projects:

• Requires a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties

• Considered a one-time service, unrelated to monthly care plan subscriptions

2. Custom Design Terms

2.1 Project Scope

• All custom design work requires:

  • A detailed project brief

  • Approved mood board/style guide

  • Signed SOW specifying deliverables, timelines, and payment schedule

2.2 Revisions

• Includes [X] rounds of revisions (typically 2-3)

• Additional revisions billed at [Hourly Rate]

2.3 Client Responsibilities

• Provide brand assets (logos, colours, copy) within 5 business days of project start

• Timely feedback (delays may impact delivery schedule)

2.4 Ownership & Licensing

• Final designs are transferred to client upon full payment

• We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Monthly Care Plans:

• Prepaid each month with no auto-renewal

• Unused updates do not roll over

3.2 Custom Design Projects:

• 50% deposit required to begin work

• Final 50% due before file transfer

• Late payments incur 5% monthly interest

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1 For All Services:

• Not liable for third-party platform changes (e.g., Framer API updates)

• Maximum liability capped at total fees paid in the last 3 months

4.2 For Custom Design:

• Not responsible for trademark/copyright infringement if client provides unauthorized assets

• Client assumes responsibility for compliance with brand guidelines

5. Termination

5.1 Monthly Plans:

• Cancel anytime

5.2 Custom Projects:

• Deposits are non-refundable after work begins

• Kill fee of 25% applies if client terminates mid-project
